One of the many advantages of a tiny home is their flexibility; being able to configure one online, and see the actual cost in real time, is a great idea that many more tiny home suppliers need to adopt.

Unplgd Tiny Homes has a range of tiny homes that you can configure however you like. You can choose the model that best suits you, and then go through the configuration system to choose the cladding, trims, highlights, windows and internal fittings that you prefer.

Of the seven models available, six can be configured online using the Unplgd DreamBuilder system. Just select your model and go through each step to select the colours and materials you want, and add any optional extras such as additional insulation or decking. At the end of the process you can see the estimated finished price of the home, and after which you can opt to save your design or continue on with the ordering process.

The tiny homes range from the 7.2m x 3m (21.6m2) Kingfisher through to the 9m x 3m Fairy Wren, and a fully configured home choosing the basics can cost as little as $136,000 (not including infrastructure such as solar power or water treatment systems).
