Renew is recruiting for a Fundraising Coordinator!

This is a new role, reporting to the Membership Experience Manager. The primary purpose of this new position is to deliver Renew’s Fundraising Strategy, developed with the Engagement Manager. As the primary “owner” of the fundraising space, your role will be to help Renew grow its revenue from donations to support our work.

About this role

The Fundraising Coordinator is a new role, reporting to the Membership Experience Manager.

Specific Duties

  • Developing and delivering 2-3 annual fundraising appeals, including comms plans (working with the comms team), content, copy, etc.
  • Developing and delivering a Regular Giving Program
  • Developing and delivering a Bequest program
  • Developing our donor care (including major donors) processes and tailored donor journeys
  • Nurture our relationships with supporters and prospects
  • Provide fundraising support for Renew’s events and branches
  • Work with Engagement manager to analyse data to inform insight development
  • Work with Comms and Events team to develop collateral for donors where needed

Skills and experience

This role will require you to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Digital fundraising experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing donor appeals and giving programs
  • Demonstrated skills in writing engaging and persuasive copy and comms
  • Knowledge of CRM systems for data-driven engagement
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding fundraising targets in previous campaigns
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
