PLEASE NOTE: The date of this event has changed. It is no longer being held on Monday 6 April. This event will take place on Monday 12 April at the Wellington Hotel.

Richard Burnham from the UTas School of Architecture will introduce the Castle Project, a prefab kit form tiny house that is designed to allow young people independent space in the family backyard to avoid family discord and potential homelessness. It can also be used for short-term tourist accommodation, a starter home, at isolated worksites or as short- to medium- term shelter for disaster relief.

Prior to the 7 pm kickoff, the Tasmania South Renew Branch will hold a Branch meeting from 6.30pm in the same Function Room. The Hotel can provide counter meals and they deliver them to the Function Room, so it will be a talk and eat meeting.
