China’s limit on importing material for recycling presents a short term problem and a long term opportunity for Australia. Our speakers will address the way recyclables are currently managed and how we might handle a much wider range of material, more efficiently in the future. This includes problem streams such a e-waste, solar PV components, batteries and tyres. It will also cover the waste management hierarchy of reuse, recycling, conversion to energy and disposal.
