Important update on Renew membership services
This past year, we have been working hard to make the membership experience better for Renew members. In 2020 we conducted an extensive research project across our membership which found that our online services need improvement, and we are committed to making this happen. This extensive body of work will involve cleaning and redesigning our membership databases, and will require pausing some services from 3 July to 31 August 2021.
Current members will not experience an interruption to their membership. If your membership is due to lapse during this period, we encourage you to use our Member Portal to renew your membership now.
If you are due to lapse and do not renew your membership before the end of June, we will contact you in September to process it then.
We have designed this process to minimise disruption at your end. Current members will still receive their magazines, and many of our programs and services will continue without interruption. We will be fully contactable during this period.
