The Tas South branch doesn’t have a formal meeting in December or January and we end the year with a casual function. This year it will be a BBQ at Site 2 of the Waterworks Reserve in South Hobart from 6 pm. This site is between the two reservoirs and has some shelter if the weather is dodgy.
We usually get a local butcher to supply sausages and hamburgers and have a local food market make up a couple of salads and supply bread etc. We also try to have a few bottles of wine to share. Please RSVP by email link above
We can also cope with vegetarian options if necessary, so we also need to know any dietary restrictions. We will have a small supply of paper plates, but to stay with the sustainability theme, it would be preferred if people can bring their own plate, cutlery and wine glass (or acrylic).
Family members are welcome.
