Presentation: Renew has been providing expert, independent advice on sustainable solutions for the home to households, government and industry since 1980. Knowing how to take the next step your sustainability journey can be difficult. Doug Rolfe will give an overview of some good starting points for free/cheap and reliable information that can help refine your thinking. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

Speaker: Doug Rolfe is the Branches Coordinator for Renew. He is responsible for assisting Renew branches across the country. He has a history of involvement in grassroots environmental groups including the Transition Town movement, and a passion for building electric vehicles and sustainable agriculture. He has qualifications in science, technology, education and renewable energy.

We will also be discussing the next steps for the Hunter Region Branch. Meet local Renew (ATA) members and become a part of this new community initiative.

This new branch has arisen because of the initiative of local members Alex Mills (interim convenor), Gordon Wilson and Han Michel.
If you’re unable to attend, but would be interested in helping to form the small committee to help the branch get started, then please contact us here.

We hope to see you there,

Alex Mills, Interim Convenor
